Week 5 - Reverse Engineering Goals
PAUSE VIDEO FIRST TIME INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Grab a piece of paper (ideally your notebook if you started one or something digital)
2. Set a timer for 10 minutes
3. Write a brain dump of everything you need and want to do in order to be that person. (ex: keep house clean, get that nagging registration off my list, go back to school, get some new clothes, save money, etc).
PAUSE VIDEO SECOND TIME INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Set a timer for 5 minutes.
2. Circle the ones on that list that you want to focus on during our three months together. It's ok if you're not fully sure, do your best :)
