Picture this: A series of cozy, inspiring, recharging, emotionally & intellectually deep teach-ins / hangouts in my (virtual) living room. You, me and the coolest group of ADHDer’s you’ve ever met. Bring: your favorite beverage(s), your full self, comfy clothes, blankets, fidget toys, & all your complex questions, thoughts and feelings about relating to adhd (and ourselves) in a more liberatory way. Come hang with us. You belong. (& if your brain is telling you that you don’t, that’s extra reason to join).
Program Description:
While the primary focus will be on transforming your relationship with ADHD, this program recognizes that our ADHD experiences don't exist in isolation but are shaped by interconnected systems —— including neuronormativity (the idea that there is one ‘right’ way for brains & minds to exist), capitalism, white supremacy and other oppressive ideologies —— that define what kinds of minds are considered "normal" or "valuable.”
We aim to move beyond both fully deficit-based thinking (adhd is a disorder needing to be fixed) as well as denial of disability experiences (adhd is just a super power)
What’s included:
- 6 week, pre-recorded ADHD Liberation Lab Course (video course & PDF)
- 8 Live 90 Minute Q&A/Coaching Call with Jak (all recorded and replays available)
- Live calls will be Wednesdays at 4:30-6:00pm pacific starting ~ last week of April
- Attendance is encouraged but not required as all calls will be recorded and you'll still get access to me in the chat
- Private chat group where you get to ask questions and get support in real time

Your Instructor
Jak (she/her) is an adhd coach, mental health advocate, and founder of Authentically ADHD LLC. With an online community of over 113k people and a robust coaching practice, she has empowered thousands of ADHDers to heal their internalized ableism and shame and design a life that *actually* works for their brains using a strengths based approach.
Jak is passionate about normalizing and depathologizing what it means to be human, especially a neurodivergent (and queer) human. She shares openly about her about her own lived experience navigating adhd, ocd, depression, pmdd, and grief. She truly believes that people with adhd are not disordered nor broken and can live wonderfully successful, fulfilling lives when given the proper support, resources and environment to thrive.
In what feels like another multiverse, she received a law degree from CUNY Queens with clinical training in mediation. She is from upstate NY and currently lives in the Santa Cruz Mountains with her cat, Zen and partner Lorena.
